Register to obtain a password
Before accessing the School Support Hours Database for the first time, you must register using the form below. You will only need to register one time. Once you register, you can use your assigned school ID number, and your password to login to the database. The information you enter will be used to verify your identity if you ever need to retrieve a forgotten password or ID. Enter the name of the primary family contact as it appears in the school records. Your School ID number is the number that was assigned to you by St. Jude School. If you do not know your ID number, please contact the school office.

Select a security question or create your own question that can be used if you need to retrieve a forgotten password or ID. Choose an answer that is easy to remember. It is best to choose an answer that is one or two words without any punctuation. If you need to retrieve a forgotten password or ID, you will need to type in your answer exactly as you entered it on this form. Your answer is limited to 30 characters.

Choose a password that you will use to access the School Support Hours Database. Your password must be 6 to 16 characters in length and cannot contain any spaces. Passwords are case sensitive (i.e. "PassWord" and "password" are not the same).
